Return Policy

At frisky.gr we wish you satisfaction with every product you buy, so we offer you the right of return completely free of charge as long as the following conditions are met cumulatively:

• The return must be made within an exclusive period of 14 days.
• The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Be accompanied by the receipt, invoice or change card.
• Return the entire product.
• Choose the courier company we work with.

Upon completion of the return, your cart is credited with the specific amount, which you can use for new purchases.

In cases where the order has been proven to have been executed incorrectly by the company or the product is defective, the possibility of a refund is possible. In these cases, the refund time is 2 to 5 working days.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, except in the case of cash on delivery, in which case our company will deposit the amount of money in an account that you indicate to us.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only possible within the next 1 hour from the moment of their confirmation and if the product has not been shipped. The cancellation of the order is done only via e-mail at info@frisky.gr

It is necessary to include in the e-mail the order number.
